Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Do you move furniture during the cleaning process?

We do not move large or heavy furniture such as beds, dressers, entertainment centers, or couches. We recommend clearing smaller items and breakables before our arrival. If possible, please move light furniture out of the way for a more thorough cleaning.

How long does it take for the carpet or upholstery to dry?

Drying time can vary depending on humidity, airflow, and carpet type. Typically, it takes anywhere from 6 to 24 hours to fully dry. We recommend leaving ceiling fans or floor fans on and opening windows when weather permits to speed up drying.

Do I need to vacuum before your arrival?

Yes, please vacuum high-traffic areas and pick up any large debris, toys, or personal items prior to our arrival. This helps us focus on deep cleaning and ensures the best results.

What should I do after the cleaning?

Avoid walking on freshly cleaned carpets with dirty shoes. Use clean indoor footwear or socks. Keep pets and children off the area until fully dry to avoid re-soiling or slipping.

Are your cleaning products safe for kids and pets?

Yes, we use professional-grade cleaning solutions that are safe for children and pets once dry. Let us know if you have specific sensitivities or allergies.

How often should I get my carpets professionally cleaned?

Most homes benefit from professional cleaning every 6–12 months. Homes with kids, pets, or high foot traffic may need it more frequently.

Can you remove all stains?

We do our best to remove even tough stains. While most can be significantly reduced or fully removed, some (like certain dyes, ink, or old pet stains) may be permanent depending on the material and how long the stain has set.

What areas do you serve?
